DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) – Police say no one was injured at a shots fired incident on Wednesday night, April 13, 2016. Police responded to 300 Gaines St. around 11:23 p.m. in reference to a shots fired call.
Officers recovered casings at the scene and say an involved truck was hit.
A preliminary investigation indicates this incident stems from a verbal altercation between the occupants of two vehicles. Both vehicles were traveling eastbound on West 3rd Street near the intersection of Gaines Street when the shots were fired.
