HENRY COUNTY, Iowa (KWQC) – Justin D. Hay was reported missing by his family on April 11, 2016 in Henry County.
The Henry County Sheriff’s Office describes Hay as a white male, 5′ 7″, 180 pounds with green eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a green sweatshirt and blue jeans.
According to Henry County Sheriff’s Office, it is believed that Justin Hay was involved in a motor vehicle crash in the 1300 grid of North Grand Avenue in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa on April 9, 2016 shortly after 11 p.m. It is believed that Hay fled from the accident scene on foot.
The family has not heard from him since.
